Tuesday 10th January
Zumba & Freestyle Fitness Yoga.

As explained in class this week the community centre is having a refurb so it is unable for hire on Tuesday.

Zumba & Yoga will still be on at the same times but will now be at Chosen Hill School.

Drive through the first entrance (to sports facilities) rather than the second entrance to the school. Park in the main car park and follow the Raff PT flags, the class will be in the Boys Gym (where I used to teach Boxercise). I’ll post a map later.

Please book into the class so I can keep everyone updated via email and I can update the booking system.

Zumba classes start back tomorrow (Tuesday 3rd) 6.15pm at Churchdown Community Centre. We cater for all abilities, shapes and sizes, rhythm or no rhythm, we are just here to have fun and move. In return you will be flooded with endorphins, make friends and improve your self esteem.
