How to get started at Raff Form
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Personal Training
• 12-session packs do not expire.
• 6-session packs must be used within 6 months.
• Pay As You Go sessions do not expire.
• Unused sessions are non-refundable.
• Personal training sessions require 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged.
Classes
• Raff PT classes require 3 hours' notice to cancel.
• Raff Form classes require 24 hours' notice to cancel.
• When cancelled within the notice period, class credit will be returned to your account and must be used within 30 days.
• Class credits and unused classes are non-refundable.
