WHAT IS LOWER BODY BLAST

A lower body conditioning class, designed to sculpt and strengthen the legs, tone the bum and work the abs. 

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, squat, plank your way to fitness in this ever-popular, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate. Perfect for increasing strength and fitness as well as a great toning class. This class is perfect for both men and woman

I teach this class differently each week to ensure we keep our bodies guessing and so it’s always interesting, an LBT class can consist of body weight exercises, weighted work and circuit type exercises using different equipment from Bulgarian bags, kettlebells, dumbells, steps, sliders, bands and of course your own weight.
