Clear specific goals, support, understanding, compassion and of course motivation are how I get my clients to achieve. Personal training isn’t all about loosing weight and getting fitter, it’s about gaining self confidence, pushing your self out of your comfort zone, having someone to talk to, a coach that can help you with things that have nothing to do with the gym and the most important is taking valued time for you.
